One of my rental properties which had a previously treated termite infestation was due for a re-treatment. Being in Seaford (a high-risk termite zone), I wanted to proceed with a specialist who I can trust to do a thorough and credible job. In reading forums, there is a lack of trust surrounding the pest control industry. Due to the inability to easily verify the work performed, and a history of "cowboy" operators exploiting these factors. Hence my reason for engaging many businesses to not only obtain quotes, but also asking the Specialist questions, then using my gut feeling to hopefully decide on the right business. Muhammad came across knowledgeable, helpful, personable and not a salesman. His price was also competitive. Through my dealings with Muhammad up until and including the day of the termite inspection and re-treatment, he continued to be prompt and reliable in his pro-active communications, and helpful answering my many questions.
