BioPest Australia | Adelaide Pest Control Services

BioPest Australia was originally founded in 2000 by Leanne and Darryl, and was purchased in 2013 by Dean and Catherine Guse. The company has since grown to six experienced technicians and two administrative staff, servicing metropolitan Adelaide and regional areas including the Yorke and Eyre Peninsulas, the Riverland, Murraylands and the South East.

BioPest is an accredited HomeGuard operator, and its treatments are fully licensed through the SA Health Department. The company provides termite barrier protection for new homes for South Australian builders, alongside commercial pest control for aged care facilities, schools, restaurants, hotels, shopping centres and property managers.

BioPest Australia carries a reputation built on repeat business, with several customers noting they have relied on the team across multiple homes and investment properties for years. Reviews time and again mention Gary, whose punctuality, diligence and clear explanations during inspections are singled out, along with Dean, whose responsiveness in arranging quotes and follow-up visits is described as straightforward and efficient. Nella, the coordinator, earns particular praise for her friendly and helpful manner.

The work covers a wide range of treatments, from termite management and follow-up inspections to ant infestations, spiders and general household pests. A recurring theme is the thoroughness of the service: clients describe technicians inspecting premises carefully, showing what will be done and going above and beyond what was expected. Communication before and after the job is frequently highlighted, as is the reasonable level of fees. Commercial clients note that multiple venues are attended regularly with consistent professionalism.

Termite treatments come with scheduled follow-up inspections over the following months, a detail that reassures property owners. The team is described as hardworking, accommodating and easy to deal with, with one customer noting that a technician adjusted his schedule when they were running late. For many, the trust built over years of service, particularly in protecting homes and rental properties from hidden damage, is the reason they continue to return.
