Discovered an active termite nest in my house, called TermiMesh at the recommendation of a builder with 40+ years experience. They were out within 4 hours, did a check, and quoted lower than everyone else. They didn’t stuff me around. They didn’t rip me off. They came out on time, did an absolutely excellent job (at some points had to drill through 2 layers of brick and 2 layers of cement) and have followed up diligently and with excellent communication. The officer who did the inspection seemed to be knowledgeable and competent. A report was sent by email after the inspection which raised many questions for us. If the report could have been presented to us and discussed at the time of the inspection, that would have been preferable. I received a phone call as a result of this review and all is now clear. Very good service and follow up.
