Technician arrived at 4:50 pm when it was almost dark (winter). No communication or heads up from Allstate (we had to call them twice to ask where the technician was). We waited around all afternoon and then we called up at 4 asking where the technician was. Was told he was on his way and would arrive by 4:20. Called again at 4:40 - phone operator was unhelpful, rude, and short as though it's totally reasonable and expected that we just wait around all afternoon and waste our time. No explanation. Just expected to just sit around and wait at home for them to show up whenever they like. Technician arrived at 4:50 pm for the 2:45 pm appointment. So if you make an appointment, just know that they can arrive any time they want and you just gotta wait and wonder.
Disappointed from them, They haven't done what they told me at the beginning. They just want to earn money they don't care about customers. I don't recommend them to anyone.
I had a devastating problem with bull and inch ants. The APC came and treated the main areas and within hours the ant population was much reduced and has ceased to bother. They treated around the perimeter of the house as well as the obvious nest areas. A follow up treatment showed little activity but each area was treated again so expectations are no further ant activity causing distress. Thank You sincerely Allstate Pest Control.
BRADY came and did our inspection and treatment on Tues 19th may 2026 he was excellent great customer service talked to us with what he was doing very polite and respectful could not be any happier with his service Gary and Gail muller
All State was so responsive when I messaged them on a Sunday for rodent issues. They made a next day appointment as I was quite distressed. The staff that came out were so polite, respectful and informative. I received follow up by phone and have had 2 subsequent follow ups. I also had the Creep Crawly Spray treatment. Very professional and reasonably priced. Would highly recommend.
I had Jack from All State come to my home to do full termite inspection. He did a thorough inspection and was polite and friendly. Fortunately he did not find evidence of termite damage in my house but did find evidence of damage around the perimeter on wooden fence posts and made recommendations for preventative measures. He wrote out a detailed report with images and went through it after the inspection. I was happy with his service.
The communication,service, returning of calls and follow up of paperwork needed ASAP, by Sanga and Amiity in the pre preconstruction side is amazing.The services in past years has lacked a lot so to have a good team who is efficient is amazing.
