On the arranged day they did not arrive so called and was told they were not sure what happened but can’t get anyone to come out to me on the day. Ended up getting Tom’s Pest Control who came within 2 hours and are $300 cheaper.
How did they get any good ratings? I made a booking, and they booked the wrong day and time! I accept mistakes happen, so I rebook for another day and they provide a confirmed email of the agreed day, time, services they'll provide and cost as requested, yet no technician arrives! So yet again another fail! Sorry, that's all the chances you get. "No worries" won't go with the team from Murray's! 👋

I cannot speak more highly of Greg Hooker. His workmanship was beyond words. No half measures. I hope you employ more people with Greg’s work ethic. If at all possible I hope that Greg will be able to do my inspections from no on. From my point of view he takes it seriously which I would hope you will try to get the best out of the others.
Attendance was quick (within 4hrs). Communication was clear and pricing was reasonable. Their work was effective, the wasp nest was destroyed. I will use their services again.
So incredibly helpful from booking the service in to the wonderful technician who came out to perform the pest control service, it has been a delight. I compared prices and Murray was very competitive but they went over and above with their level of service so I am a very happy customer.
The admin person was very efficient and friendly. This was a bee removal job in a country location. The technician who did the job was also efficient and was prepared to spend some extra time to ensure that the beehive was dealt with and access was completely blocked. It took a couple of weeks for all bee activity to stop, but the result is great.
