Murray Pest Control - Adelaide
About the company
Murray Pest Control was founded in 1959 by Peter Scott Snr, who began his pest control career in South Australia's Mid North and named the business after the River Murray. Today the company is based in Adelaide and operates throughout the state through a franchise network, with 40 fully qualified technicians servicing all suburbs. Technicians hold all required licences, certificates and accreditation for their work.
The company's treatment procedures are based on Integrated Pest Management, and its termite treatments include Premise, a water-based, biodegradable liquid termiticide, and Sentricon, a termite monitoring and baiting system. Rodent control uses tamper-resistant, lockable bait stations, and techniques across its services include baiting, liquid treatment, trapping, inspections, proofing, netting and thermal imaging.

Quote appointment was cancelled at very last minute apparently due to illness - totally fair so rescheduled for 1 month later as I only get 1 day off a month and even called 2 weeks later to confirm day and time . On the arranged day they did not arrive so called and was told they were not sure what happened but can’t get anyone to come out to me on the day. Ended up getting Tom’s Pest Control who came within 2 hours and are $300 cheaper.
Kane addressed my issue and called around promptly to make a new ground map for our site to ensure future visits will know where all of the stations are
I cannot speak more highly of Greg Hooker. His workmanship was beyond words. No half measures. I hope you employ more people with Greg’s work ethic. If at all possible I hope that Greg will be able to do my inspections from no on. From my point of view he takes it seriously which I would hope you will try to get the best out of the others.
Attendance was quick (within 4hrs). Communication was clear and pricing was reasonable. Their work was effective, the wasp nest was destroyed. I will use their services again.
So incredibly helpful from booking the service in to the wonderful technician who came out to perform the pest control service, it has been a delight. I compared prices and Murray was very competitive but they went over and above with their level of service so I am a very happy customer.
The admin person was very efficient and friendly. This was a bee removal job in a country location. The technician who did the job was also efficient and was prepared to spend some extra time to ensure that the beehive was dealt with and access was completely blocked. It took a couple of weeks for all bee activity to stop, but the result is great.
Was polite and listend to what I was calling about. Had full knowlage of what the company offered and booked in the work on dates and times I requested. Very happy with the first contact I had with Murray Pest Control-Adelaide
