Excellent service, a very considerate technician. We only have access to the back through the house. Jemila D took her boots off. Well done. Highly recommend Jamila D. Thanks Anita LANGE.
Blatantly lied to by the technician. I clearly asked them a question about the chemical they would be using on my property. After doing a quick Google search the information I was given was a lie. I contacted the technician to question him on why he lied to me and I was just ignored.
We just had Jemila from rentokil come and do our annual service. Such a great person representing Rentokil, so lovely to deal with and explains everything well
Jemila is always polite and professional when she attends our inspection. Gets the job done promptly and efficiently and always confirms location of the pets before external spray is done 😊
Jemila has been our white ant specialist for a few years now. She’s always polite, easy to talk to and thorough in her work. She even handles our horde of grandchildren and dog sitting with ease and good humour. They follow her around like the pied piper. Thanks for your good work Jemila
Jemila is always punctual for my service visits and offers a detailed report together with any recommendations following inspection
Keshia L-E was professionally polite accommodating and respectful. Absolutely perfect service and I would like Keshia to attend all future inspections
