He really knows his bugs and provided great information about what I was dealing with, including how I can manage them myself if they return without needing further pest control. On the follow up visit he had a newer employee with him and I heard him explaining everything thoroughly to him so I feel confident that any newer employees will also be well trained and knowledgeable. Most importantly, Taran is concerned about getting the bug situation under control and not trying to drum up unnecessary repeat treatments. Overall, thorough, very knowledgeable, pleasant to deal with and honest. Highly recommend!!
I contacted Ecopest as we thought we had either possums or rodents in the roof. Unsure who I initially spoke to but he was great. Informative, friendly, explained everything and then booked an inspection for the following Monday. I received a call the following day to advise they had a cancellation and were available to come around the next day at 3:15. Mark sent a text 20 minutes out and arrived right on time. We chatted for a bit, then he inspected the roof cavity to confirm rodents were the likely cause. He did also double check around the roof line for potential entry points and couldn’t find anything significant. The recommendation was a number of sealed rodent bates to be scattered in the roof which was completed. Communication was great including photos and explaining what he had seen, no hard sell and checked to make sure I was comfortable with what he was about to do. The whole process from the initial phone call to Mark coming to the house and hopefully resolving the problems was seamless and extremely professional. I highly recommend EcoPest to anyone that wants an excellent professional service all at a reasonable cost and a local Adelaide company. Great work and thank you.

No more possums in the roof! These guys were excellent. Right through from my first phone call to inspection, quotation, blocking roof sections where the possums were getting in, and final removal of the possums, the service was top notch all the way. Highly recommend
Unbelievable service !!! Starting with David from EcoPest , the first call to the end ,Totally reassuring, quick and throughout the inspection feed back, detail , Other quotes were definitely twice the amount and poor ,cheap products, definitely top quality products and non UV products used that would breakdown in several years , as David mentioned the other bird spikes break and degrade, I was having a problem, big bird problem of pigeons under the solar panels nesting and especially massive bird 💩 poop blocking down pipes and also scared 😱 of bird lice , So , in one afternoon, all fitted and no more ' rats with wings ' have been around especially on the TV aerial and my water tank filter has no more bird poop blocking! NiL !!!! Which had to be cleaned every 2 weeks !!! Totally blocked with bird 💩 💩 💩 💩 💩 💩 💩 💩 bloody annoying!!!!!!!!! And un healthy!!!! Water used for cistern toilet's supply ,still yuk !!!!! Thankyou David , for the very quick quote, and speed of installation, incredible price , especially booking me in so quick , The awesome roof installation crew, cleaning up and no damage to my gutters , Totally awesome !!!!!
