Mark P the technician that attended my house is amazing , so friendly , respectful , thorough he does the best job. However customer service are terrible they are not accomodating . I work full time and asked if I could be the first or last job of the day. They will not allow that you have to be home either 4 hours in the am or 4 hours in pm , no flexibility so that lets the company down a lot in comparison to competitors
