Green Pesty Ballarat

The Green Pesty is a family owned and run pest control business, led by owners Jane and Josh. Its head office is based in Benalla, Victoria, with local technicians based across Victoria, New South Wales and the ACT.

The company runs on an enviro-friendly ethos: its main spray product is biodegradable and non-accumulative, and it uses solar power for its home and office. In Ballarat, it offers specialised services such as spider control and cockroach extermination.

Pest treatment across Ballarat is handled by a team that customers consistently describe as professional and easy to deal with. Dean is the technician named most often in feedback, with reviewers repeatedly praising his friendly manner, his clear explanations and the way he accommodates preferred days and times. Several accounts highlight the speed of the response and the flexibility shown when bookings need to shift, while others note that the treatment itself is safe, reliable and highly effective, particularly against flies and mosquitoes. House spraying is a common point of reference, and the results are said to make a noticeable difference.

Communication stands out as a recurring theme, with customers reporting that they are kept informed and that Dean is informative without being pushy. Long-standing clients mention years of continued use, describing the service as consistently going above and beyond, including adherence to company policies at commercial premises. Tidiness and an easy-going approach are also mentioned, and the pricing is described as affordable. Many of those who left feedback have passed the details on to family, friends and colleagues needing their homes treated.
