Ballarat Pest Control

Ballarat Pest Control is a family-owned and -operated business that has worked in and around Ballarat for over 30 years, servicing the Central Highlands and Western Victoria. The company handles termites, fleas, rats, mice and spiders, and offers pre-purchase pest inspections.

For termite management, the business uses baiting, pyrethroid insecticides and physical barriers, along with products such as Exterra and HomeGuard.

Promptness and reliability stand out as the qualities that customers of Ballarat Pest Control return to most often. A property report is described as comprehensive and clearly sectioned, making it straightforward for a buyer to reach an informed decision, while ant and rodent treatments are recalled as thorough and effective, with one household noting a complete absence of ants afterwards. Glenn is named repeatedly for his friendly, knowledgeable manner, and several reviewers link his clear explanation of the treatment process to their confidence in the work.

Reviewers also note that appointments are kept on time, that the operator is a dependable local presence, and that the same standard carries across private homes and job sites. The expertise brought to each visit is described as considerable, and word of mouth has led to repeat bookings over multiple occasions. Tidiness and a willingness to answer questions before and after the job are mentioned alongside the results themselves. The recurring picture is of a service that removes the problem and leaves the customer informed about what was done, with a sectioned report and a follow-up result that reviewers recall with satisfaction.
