I reached out to Ray late at night with a question and enquiry. He actually asked me questions to understand my situation and followed up with what I needed and actually answered my questions when I didn’t know what to do! No one else I reached out to had this approach. I didn’t even need a service in the end but his responses and help were worth leaving a good review 👍🏼 keep up the good work mate. If I need anything done I’ll definitely be reaching out. Plus he is not ripping you off like others out there charging more than double for the job!
Professional and reliable service, I would highly recommend Ray from IPM for all pest control, I will not use anyone else.
Ray at IPM has been looking after the buildings at Linton Recreation Reserve for the last three years. He was called to manage a rodent problem in the building. That is now well under control even at this time of year. He services the building every 3 months is punctual and extremely easy to deal with. Eugene (/Rec reserve committee member)
Great service, great price, excellent follow up! Couldn't ask for anything more. Helped us with a nasty wasp nest, highly recommend!!
I have had Ray come and spray for spiders at my home and ants at my Airbnb and he does a great job. Good communication and prompt service. He always turns up on time or early which is very appreciated. Highly recommended
Ray is very professional, tells it how it is and took care of our bug problem incredible well even crawling into the roof space to dust for spiders(White tails) Thanks Ray see you again next year!
Absolutely outstanding Service* Top notch, the communication and professionalism from the get go was fantastic, so refreshing after so many stuff arounds with other businesses, Ray was straight onto it, explaining/educating and everything in between. Prompt and punctual, the service provided was 10/10. I was worried about exposure to my children and Ray quickly explained and reassured me with all of my safety concerns. We live very rural also so getting someone to come so far out I found very difficult, but your company did not hesitate, it was no drama at all another bonus willing to travel and being within a fantastic budget. Couldn't be happier, I would recommend IPM to every buisness and personal properties and will continue to have IPM service our properties annually, Thankyou IPM
