Dawson's Australia - Pest Control Ballarat

Dawson's Australia describes itself as one of Melbourne's first pest control companies and has over 60 years of experience in the industry, including servicing Ballarat. The business is currently led by the third generation of the Dawson family, Troy Dawson, and joined Flick Anticimex in 2022 to support geographical expansion within greater Melbourne.

Services offered include termite treatment and protection, bed bug spraying, spider control, rodent control, flea control, bird control, and bee and wasp control, carried out by licensed technicians adhering to Australian standards.

Pest control work across Ballarat, from wasp nest removal to rodent jobs, shapes much of the feedback for this company. Customers repeatedly praise the thoroughness of the treatment, with the technician talking through each stage and the equipment in use so that households understand what is being applied and why. Tyler appears often in accounts as friendly, punctual and easy to deal with, explaining the process and offering practical tips on problem areas around the home. Daniel is credited with reliability and speed on a large European wasp nest taken out of an elderly resident's house.

Clear communication before, during and after the visit is a point that comes up often, as is same-day attendance when the need is urgent. Dayne is singled out for product knowledge and for helping trace spots that drew rodents, which led one household to arrange a yearly preventative treatment. Tidiness also features, including the cleaning and deodorising of a cavity after a dead rodent was extracted. Reviewers describe the representative as polite and professional, completing the job efficiently, and one notes that a technician's fondness for dogs added a personal touch to the visit.
