Outstanding service and professional solution delivered. Simon was responsive, thorough and effective. I highly recommend this business
Darren arrived on time & was very thorough in searching for bed bugs & even did a search of my luggage case as I’d recently been interstate. He was friendly & efficient. Although no bed bugs were found ( thank goodness ) he suggested a fumigation for cat fleas. Spot on !
Found termites in the house, inside a cupboard. Immediately called HPC and Simon came out to inspect. He gave very helpful information, and prepared a plan to deal with them. We proceeded with this treatment and baiting program straight away. Simon and his team were always professional, on time, informative, helpful, particular about the details, and good communicators. After a very active period the termites are now in a severe decline and next inspection may show them completely eradicated from the house. Highly recommended for any pest issues.
Darren did a great job with the pest treatment on our property- he arrived on time, was professional and efficient and there was nothing to clean up after he had completed the treatment.
Responsive. Efficient. Professional. Thorough. Knowledgeable. Friendly. Timely. Reliable. Trustworthy. If these are the qualities you're searching for, Simon (owner) and his team deliver. I have used Hindmarsh Pest Control yearly since I built my house in the Northern suburbs in 2021, after also using them yearly at my previous property. I have not once had a single issue over that time. Would, and do, recommend to anyone both large and small scale.
Darren was wonderful and was very thorough in spraying my property. I would highly recommend this pest treatment. It works really well with no spiders and cockroaches for a year.
Simon got back to me immediately and set up an appointment within 48 hours. Darren arrived on time, was professional and efficient. They thoroughly investigated our problem and carried out treatment. We are confident that the work done will solve the problem .
