Reg was phenomenal, very quick and efficient service. Very friendly. Happy to chat while he worked, explaining what he was doing and even showed me and my daughter what the underside of the house looked like through the Pest Eye borescope, which allowed him to see in detail without cutting traps. We still can't find the all holes he drilled in out floorboards because he matched the colour and filled them so perfectly. From the inspection with Chris to the treatment with Reg, it truly was a 5 star service. Will recommend to all my friends and family.

Outstanding multi-generational family owned business, incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain my options and zero high pressure sales tactics. A breath of fresh air after dealing with some of the other pest companies in Adelaide. The installation went without a hitch, the techs were very considerate and efficient - the wooden plugs they left in my jarrah floorboards are a work of art and are barely detectable.
