Mark did a great job. Did the Interior well. Then did all the outside areas, including two fences, interior & exterior of the Garage, sides and edges of a large deck and the fencing on it, a large exterior back wall and the hedge next to a fence. Nil trouble and a truly great job. Would recommend Mark and you guys to anyone. Did both pests & rodents (Interior & Exterior areas).
Dont use them . They just want money and is rather expensive. Company has the audacity to charge $165 for a two minute job to simply check the rodent bait stations,after two weeks as per the invoice, whether or not the stations required top up or not. You would think to maintain excellent customer relations company would send a technician just to check the stations when in the area or on way home, then pay a small fee if necessary for top up of bait Suffice to say will not be using this company again Reported rodent issue and booked for next day service, however, due to more sightings, Campbell the technician, came and placed baits on the way home to try and eliminate rodents . Then, as arranged perform the general treatment following day, check baits, however , as per invoice check again in two weeks.
Best pest inspection we have had. Rick was on time and explained the process and order of the inspection and discussed the spraying process. The office team were equally efficient. Thoroughly recommend Masters Pest Control.
