Pritesh, arrived on time and knew his stuff. The rate was affordable and he was able to do it the same day. He was very realistic about controlling the blighters and didn't sugar paint the quote by giving us unrealistic extras to increase the charge. He was honest and efficient and I highly recommend him.

We deceived with their quote. I provided property address and wasn't asked for details, so I assumed they look it up and find house size and storeys. Was quoted $220, technician comes and quotes me $440 because the original quote was for a single storey and only inside, questions that easily could've been asked at the time of the original quote. The technician was an hour late to the scheduled time, arriving about 5 minutes before I had to leave to do a school pick-up. So was backed into a corner to accept the 100% increase in the quote. Explained this to the office, but they didn't care, pay up you accepted the quote. Never again. Also found a few days later a nice patch of grass their poison has killed off, thanks for that too. Should I send in an invoice to have this patch removed and replaced? And should I call you multiple times in a row and leave voicemails until you respond?
