Spinifex Pest Control

Last year we had the Spinifex team protect our home for spiders, ants and cockroaches. The service was professional and reasonably priced. We came home after 6 months away to find our home well protected from ‘nasties’ even with the house unoccupied and ‘locked up’. The 12 month reminder has just come and we’re ready to go with Spinifex again… and will continue to do so because of their great products and customer service.

I have been using Spinifex for years at home and in a business . I have to rate Chandler as outstanding, he takes such good care and attention to solve the pest problems . The 5 star rating is purely for Chandler . I also have to commend Rhonda in the office as she has always been amazing at always trying her hardest to accommodate.

Fantastic . I recently had Spinifex install gutter guard on my house to prevent the mynah birds from nesting in my gutters and downpipes . The two technicians ,Chris and Sean, arrived on time and did a very neat and professional job. I could not be happier. Thanks.

After having a prehistoric sized Huntsman in our house. I called around for pest control. The receptionist answered and said they had from 9 to 3pm clear 2 days from my initial call. So I booked in for 1130am. Then, the day before I get a call asking if the service could be put back to 12 noon. I agreed, but said we have an appointment later that afternoon. But should be fine. The day comes around and Spinnifex Pest Control are a no show. I called 10 min after and the receptionist again was polite and helpful, then said she would call the operator to find out why. I get a call back saying he won't make it and she has asked others if they can do it, but they won't be able to get there till later that afternoon. But I have an appointment too and I keep my appointments. So I asked if there would be a discount at all for the inconvenience? Another call back a bit later to say no, no discount sorry. Why make an appointment if your not going to keep it???? Because even if you book. Spinifex won't come if they can get a job that might pay more than a residential job. Terrible service. Poor management. Good receptionist. Call someone else.

Outstanding service from Spinifex. The inspection for termites that Mick preformed was so thorough, he was also giving me tips on the way of things I shouldn't be doing around the house and yard etc. I chose Spinifex because of their friendly, helpful professional service.

Paid $260 for exterior General Pest control (Cockroaches, Ants, webbing Spiders) as recommended by front of house staff. Two weeks later I notice a large amount of green/ clear ants on the exterior. I call the company as was told they don’t cover these types of ants. They only cover certain ants these not being one of them. Why was I not told that they pick and choose what ants they cover. I paid for Cockroaches, ants and webbing spiders. I was not told that certain types of ants are not covered. The website does not state this nor was I told when booking the service. FALSE ADVERTISING. Totally disappointed and ripped off by this company. To rub salt in the wound they stated that I can pay another $150 minimum for them to come out and treat this type of ant. Never again. I got scammed. No guarantee on works. Pests on property only two weeks after service. Not a professional business. ** Reply to your response. Read the review. This service was Recommended by YOUR staff! They recommended this treatment. You also scammed me $260 for the exterior only when that was suppose to be the price for the interior and exterior. Your front of house called me and was supposed to get back to me with a refund but never heard from your company. Take your money and run company I would say. Not professional at all. Shame on you. I will be going to the ACCC about false advertising and services provided. You charged me for a service that wasn’t even provided. I paid for INTERIOR & EXTERIOR. You only provided the Exterior service. When speaking to your front of house staff they also agreed that you don’t specify which “ants” you cover. You just pay for “ant” pest control then you will choose which type of ants will be covered when they appear on the property taking no accountability. Not a fair or reasonableness service. Total scam. Please contact me to issue a refund for the service I did not receive.
