He has a wealth of experience and knowledge and happy to go the extra mile to explain property issues. He was well worth the money to be aware of all the hidden risks ahead of a property purchase. Getting Gary's help again is an absolute no brainer.
I found Gary online and required a B&P within a short time frame. Not only did he provide a detailed report and was able to clarify concerns I had, but gave me strong advice which would’ve saved me a massive headache down the track had he not let me know. Absolutely easy to engage and send out and per promise had a report to me before midday after inspecting that same morning. Would definitely engage Gary for another report again and feel comfortable knowing he’s going and doing the inspection.
My partner and I had Gary do a pre-purchase pest and building inspection, and he was fantastic. He took the time to explain everything clearly and gave us a really detailed report. You can tell he’s so knowledgeable and genuinely passionate about what he does, and it’s clear he truly cares about helping people. Highly recommend. Gary did an inspection for us with only a day's notice and picked up things that we did not know. He also rang us directly after his inspection to explain his findings. I first found Gary as he did a pest and building report on a home we were about to purchase four years ago. We have continued to use Accurate Building Inspections for our pest control ever since. He is always reliable and good value for money. Would highly recommend.
