Adams Pest Control

Adams Pest Control has 75 years of expertise, having grown from a local business into a national and international operation. It is one of Orkin Australia's state-based subsidiaries and provides national coverage across Australia.

Commercial pest control services span industry sectors from local cafes through to large food production and distribution centres. The company also uses RatSense, a tool that uses NB-IoT technology to remotely monitor, detect and report rodent activity onsite.

Adams Pest Control draws consistent praise from customers who describe a dependable service and familiar technicians. Bevan Hamer is named often for his knowledge and his readiness to tackle whatever problem arises, while Luke is credited with prompt replies, a friendly manner and work that goes beyond what is expected. Luca Bielski receives similar recognition, particularly for resolving an ant issue around a facility quickly and professionally, and John is noted for the care and thoroughness he brings to inspections. Ben is described by one client as attentive, professional and trustworthy.

A point that comes up often is the reliability of scheduled monthly maintenance and regular checks, which customers say run to time and without disrupting the workplace. Reviewers also mention that technicians explain issues clearly, remain polite and handle requests as they arise. The services cover general pest control and ongoing maintenance programs for commercial premises, and the recurring themes are thoroughness, punctuality, expertise and a personable approach that keeps clients returning to the same operators year after year.
