***DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!*** We agreed on a price back in 2021 and they have withheld my compliance certificate for ransom asking for additional payment. Half the additional payment was warranted with an extra site visit but not the full amount they are seeking. Do not use them. Dodgy. It’s now 5 years later and they still refuse to release the certificate. DO NOT USE. I can’t warn other owners enough… they are dodgy! AND YES, I have the correct business. Henry and Yara. If others stood up before me I wouldn’t be where I am now, so I’m standing up for future clients to not get ripped off! If I could give negative 100 stars I would. I would suggest ALL future clients call the VBA to enquire about how many similar reviews to mine they have had regarding Best Termite Control in Dandenong.
Very prompt and informative, Yarra was fantastic, she explained everything in detail, was so friendly and kind. Wouldn’t hesitate to use their services again.

Amazing jobs and the guys explain it to me what need to be done. Also, he come on time to do the inspection
Honestly the best supplier we use. Always punctual with appointments, the work is perfect and are always there to help us with any complicated enquiries. Thank you to Henry and team
I highly recommend Henry and his team for termite inspection and preventative treatment. I had a reticulation line installed prior to concreting, and Henry was able to coordinate the install in time for the concreter to do his work. His staff were all professional and polite, and knew what they were doing. Very happy.
