Service and work has been gd over the termite warranty period with Complete Pest control for my elderly mothers house. However the annual inspection cost keeps climbing every single year - this year was advised it was $345 and was $305 last year - I did not know inflation was at 15%??? They also need to get there reminder emails correct as it stated to maintain the 50 year warranty my mum needs to have this service done. My mothers place fell out of warranty in 2024 after 10 years - this is technically false advertising advising there is a 50 year warranty in place IF we proceed with the service. I rang and spoke to them and they were willing to go down to $330 - still way too much. As a result I have switched the annual inspections now to my pest control person who does my house who charges $225 for pensioners and is VERY good and VERY reputable. COMPLETE I think you need to look hard at your pricing and also look after pensioners much better.
Great workers arrived on time. Rang to book Monday and here 8am next day. Cleaned up and traps and covers neat and tidy. Thorough house inspection including roof cavity. James and Daniel good communicators to explain process. Office staff rang quickly to return my call and sent agreement paper work within 10 minutes.
