Keiran Mortimer Pest Control is a locally owned and operated business with more than 150 years' combined industry experience across the team, specialising in termite control. Alongside Toowoomba, the business also visits outer suburbs including Highfields, Kleinton, Rangeville, Middle Ridge, Wilsonton, Centenary Heights and Westbrook.

The company deals with spiders, ants, cockroaches, termites, silverfish, rats and mice, fleas, bed bugs, borers and carpet beetle, and installs termite barriers for new homes, extensions and renovations.

Thoroughness and a willingness to go beyond expectations emerge as the dominant theme across feedback for Keiran Mortimer Pest Control in Toowoomba. A number of customers describe inspections and treatments that covered every corner of a property, including sheds and out-of-the-way spaces, with the work carried out in a professional manner from start to finish.

Several accounts note how quickly the team responds, whether arranging a pre-purchase pest inspection or fitting in urgent work at short notice, and how clearly information is explained on the day. Named staff such as Dan, Shayne, Francis and Harrison are singled out for their friendly and helpful approach, with one client noting that questions were answered in detail. Long-standing customers, including estate agents and homeowners, describe annual treatments and multiple jobs completed to the same standard over several years, and the pricing is consistently described as reasonable for the level of service.

Tidiness and careful application of products also feature, and the results themselves are reported as effective, providing peace of mind in households where allergies are a concern. The readiness to return for repeat work and the courteous manner of the team round out the picture customers give of a dependable pest control operation.
