Kill A Pest Lake Macquarie - Pest Control & Termite Inspections

Newcastle Kill A Pest is a locally owned and operated business that has been in operation for over 35 years. It provides family and pet friendly pest and termite treatments across Newcastle, Maitland, Lake Macquarie, Cessnock, Singleton, Dungog and Port Stephens.

The company serves residential, apartment complex, restaurant, hospital, age care facility, commercial and industrial clients, including mine sites, and offers termite barrier systems including GREENZONE, NOVITHOR and TRITHOR.

Meticulous work and straightforward communication emerge as dominant themes in feedback about this Lake Macquarie termite and timber pest inspection provider. Reviewers consistently describe assessments completed without disruption to the household, followed by detailed explanations of findings and same-day written reports sent by email. Punctuality recurs as a strength, with technicians arriving on schedule or earlier, and named staff such as Norm, Kellen, Aiden and Ben are singled out for their professionalism, courtesy and knowledge.

Termite inspections, subsequent eradication work and treatments for rodents and cockroaches are described as carefully handled, with attention given to the safety of pets and gardens and to those residing on the property. Booking is called efficient and easy, and the cost of both inspection and treatment work is described as competitive. The time taken to do the job properly, the depth of the post-inspection reporting and the willingness to explain each stage are points that come up often. Several customers note they plan to return for scheduled follow-ups and further treatments, while others say they have passed the company's details on to relatives, acquaintances and workmates.
