KROSS Pest Management

KROSS Pest Management is a local, family owned and operated business servicing Cairns and surrounding areas. It specialises in timber pest inspections and treatment, termite solutions, cockroach, ant and spider control, rodent management, and wasp and bee removal for domestic and commercial properties.

The business also offers pre-purchase timber pest inspection for buyers and pre-construction termite prevention for new builds.

Kelvin, the technician at the centre of this Cairns operation, is named repeatedly by customers who describe him as friendly, professional and genuinely invested in doing a thorough job. Reviewers consistently praise his willingness to explain the process, the reasons behind each treatment and the areas around a property that may require attention, with several noting that his advice on termites and other pests proved valuable. Punctuality and responsiveness come up often: clients describe him arriving early or on schedule, replying promptly to messages and accommodating bookings at short notice.

The work itself is reported as effective, from treating sugar ants and cockroaches to keeping an old Queenslander free of critters over successive years, and the husband-and-wife team is mentioned for its helpful manner. Tidiness, fair dealing and clear communication before and after each visit are recurring themes, and customers frequently remark that problems were resolved without fuss. His knowledge of termite behaviour and consideration for homeowners' availability are singled out, as is the care taken to spray the right areas and flag potential trouble spots. The result is a service that clients describe as reliable, personable and thorough, with Kelvin's name recurring as the reason they remain satisfied.
