He answered the phone first go, was clear about his availability, was on time, did a thorough and detailed inspection and provided us with a written report on the day. He was very honest in his assessment and recommendations, couldn't have asked for more!

I called Micro Pest Control and fortunately spoke with Gerard about the ant problem at our home that was overwhelming. He was generous with his time and good advice and assured me that I could solve the problem myself. He recommended a very inexpensive and effective product to eradicate the ant problem. I appreciate his honest and generous advice. He will be my "go to" when we next need assistance with pest eradication.

Gerard picked up the phone straight away when I first rang about a rat problem in my rental unit (a Thursday afternoon), made an appointment to come by on the Saturday morning, arrived and promptly identified where the rats were living, laid the baits and told me to expect a ruckus that night. He was responsive, prompt, friendly and effective, and offered a follow up. Fantastic service, if I have any problems in future I will be calling him.
