Had an extensive termite inspection by Kellen yesterday and was very happy with the service and left us reassured after infestation a year ago.
Exceptional service. We had rain due the day of the inspection, this was easily rescheduled and done within the week post rain fall. The tech who completed it was very informative and helpful in how the process works, as well as he worked efficiently and got the job done in a timely manner.
After years of using other pest services with horrible outcomes and lots of wasted money, we finally came across Newcastle Kill A Pest and I cannot praise these guys enough! From requesting a quote to customer service and completing the job, this company gets 5 stars all around from us! The friendliness of their technicians are next level and we will not use another company now we have found these guys! Professional, friendly, affordable and just great! We recommend this company to all our family and friends. You will not be disappointed booking in this company! Huge shoutout and thank you in particular to Jeff, Anton and Aiden! ♡
Have used Newcastle Kill A Pest for many, many years. Great customer service and very knowledgable. Would definitely highly recommend.
I made my booking and was lucky to get same day service. Aiden (a lovely young man) arrived. He was very knowledgeable and made sure he did every nook and cranny . Nothing was too hard for him. I highly recommend not only this company but Aiden as well. For anyone that has an electric coffee machine i seen this on YouTube. I put the coffee machine in the freezer for half an hour. I let it stand until the next day before plugging in. Worked perfectly. Now hopefully those campers living in my coffee machine have been frozen out. Aiden mentioned that cockroaches wouldnt be able to live in that temperature. Ps. This was my idea after watching a YouTube video. And no onus on Aiden or Newcastle kill a pest 🙃🙃🙃😊🤤🤤
Technician Hayden helped with irradiating those German Cockroaches. What a menace they are! He was very thorough and professional and knowledgeable with any questions I needed answered. I would highly recommend Kill A Pest for all your pest services.
Norm is a very friendly and understanding man and has done a marvellous job on my German roaches and I’ve gone from plague numbers to not seeing any, and I mean none. So happy with the service and I now have a pest control place I’m sticking with. I’ll never use sprays, bombs or such again. I’ve been wasting money n getting nowhere for years. In just 2 sprays this place is pest free finally. Great service … great price … highly recommend
