What customers say

Based on genuine customer reviews

Bird removal from roof spaces, workshops and apartment buildings is the type of work that appears most often in feedback for this operator, with Paul named as the technician on most jobs. Customers consistently describe him as courteous and methodical, and several note that he scheduled visits around the operating hours of their premises so that business continued without interruption. Pigeon droppings that had become a serious problem for owners and committees of owners are mentioned frequently, as is the clearing of birds from boat building workshops and the rafters of apartment blocks.

Several accounts note quick scheduling, early arrivals and difficult jobs completed without fuss, with accounts noting that most birds were dealt with on the first visit and the rest on a return trip. Praise also covers the tidy state of the site once the work was finished. Set against this, a recurring theme in lower-scoring accounts is work left incomplete: birds heard again after the visit, carcasses not retrieved, and messages that went without reply, prompting some customers to bring in another provider. Concerns about charges and the manner of a phone exchange also feature in a small number of accounts.

Had a visit from Paul. Got a handful of pigeons but job was not finished. Heard the pidgeons still the following day… which I could only assume was the sound of them mourning the dead bodies he left behind that he “wasn’t able to retrieve”. As they decomposed, had a few instances of body parts falling into backyard from the rafters. A month or so later I went into the ceiling to investigate a leak. I saw the remains of the pigeons, only a couple metres from where I was, I recommend for future jobs the acquisition of a long stick with pinch claws at the end.

I first contacted Paul, the owner, in December 2025 to discuss removing pigeons nesting in my roof. Before engaging his services, I reviewed his website, which clearly stated that his method is the only reliable method of eradication and that because they are homing pigeons the other pigeons in the area already have their homes. I asked him to confirm this again prior to paying the invoice he sent me and he reassured me that it was correct. In early January I paid $690 for the pigeons to be eradicated. Paul shot one pigeon from outside before entering the roof cavity to shoot the birds he could not see from outside. Two dead birds were left in my roof cavity, resulting in an unbearable odour as they decomposed, and maggots falling around my home. The very next day I could still hear pigeons in my roof and observed pigeons entering and leaving the roof. I immediately sent Paul a photograph and a text message advising that the problem had not been resolved. He replied that he would return to finish the job. Over the following six months I repeatedly followed up to arrange the promised return visit. Despite his assurances, the work was never completed. I have now been told that he will only return if I pay again to remove the remaining two pigeons. This would mean paying a total of $1,380 to remove five pigeons. Based on my experience, the service did not achieve the outcome that was represented to me, and I was extremely disappointed with both the result and the after-sales service. I am now taking steps to recover my costs.

Paul came to our home to remove pigeons from our ceiling space. He guaranteed he would shoot them and remove their bodies. He shot one pigeon in our ceiling space and did not remove the body. We ended up with maggots falling out of our aircon vents and having to pay some one else to come and remove the pigeon and insulation effected and the maggots. Paul did not reply to my messages attempting to resolve this incident with him directly.

We were having problems with pigeon droppings at our boat building workshop in Henderson. We had 4 pigeons in the workshop, and 20 pigeons outside the main doors. Paul successfully eliminated the majority on his first visit, and the remainder on his return. Excellent service.
