What customers say
Based on genuine customer reviews
Pest Control Townsville handles termite inspections and treatments as well as spider problems in sheds and termite activity near fence lines. The technician, Sam, is named for thorough and honest work, explaining what needed doing without pushing unnecessary extras. The treatment was carried out efficiently, with no strong odours or mess left behind, and a follow-up a week later checked on the results.
One account notes soft spots in skirting boards that prompted the inspection, while another describes being walked through the spraying process and given advice on keeping pests away in future. Customers also note punctuality, clear communication before and after the job, and pricing they considered fair.

Top-quality pest control from start to finish. They came around for a termite inspection after I noticed some soft spots in the skirting boards. The tech, Sam, was thorough and honest about what needed doing. He didn’t try to upsell anything unnecessary, which I really appreciated. The treatment was handled efficiently, no strong smells or mess left behind. A week later, they followed up to check on things which really shows they care. Price-wise, it was very fair for the quality and peace of mind. Definitely one of those services you’d use again without hesitation.
Professional service from start to finish. They were quick to answer the phone, booked me in within the week, and showed up when they said they would. The bloke who came out walked me through what he’d be spraying and why, which gave me a lot more confidence. We had a real issue with spiders in the shed and termites starting to appear near the fence line. He treated both spots thoroughly and gave me advice on prevention, not just treatment. Price was fair considering the amount of work done. Only small downside was a bit of chemical smell for the first day, but that’s to be expected. Overall, I’m pleased with the result.
