Pest Nett

Pest-Nett was established in May 2015 by owner and director Brad Burnett, beginning as a one-man operation. The company is a member of the Australian Environmental Pest Managers Association (AEPMA) and is an accredited applicator for the Termidor and Trelona termite management systems, alongside ABMA and Strata Mastery accreditation. It was named a finalist in the Pest Manager of the Year awards in 2020, and its technicians are licensed to provide HACCP pest control services for food storage and production facilities.

The team includes technician Greg Troth, who has around 20 years of industry experience, and Josh Hickey, who holds pest control licences in both New South Wales and Queensland. Pest-Nett provides pest control and termite management services to residential, commercial and strata clients throughout South East Queensland.

In Brisbane, Pest Nett has earned a following through years of repeat visits, with several customers noting they have relied on the same technicians for close to a decade. Brad, Brett and Greg are named regularly in feedback and are described as friendly, courteous and knowledgeable, taking time to explain any problems found during a service. Punctuality and thoroughness come up often: technicians arrive when expected and work quickly without cutting corners. Reviewers mention thermal imaging for inspections and the application of products that are safe for pets and low in odour, which made treatment easier for households with animals.

Results are a recurring theme, from ant and bed bug treatments to general pest knockdowns that held up even after heavy rain. The work covers apartments, private homes, commercial offices and larger buildings, and customers note the same quality across all of them. Booking and communication are described as straightforward, with useful advice offered before and after each visit. Reviewers repeatedly highlight the balance of fair pricing and consistent outcomes, and the willingness to go beyond what the job requires. Brett is credited with solving long-standing pest problems, and Brad with looking after numerous properties year after year.
