My parents had European wasps at their house. John attended within 24 hrs, he was prompt, very efficient and wasps were gone. Highly recommend this guy.

I reached out to John in desperation for rodent control. We had a pest control service done 10 days ago, but just a few nights later, I heard chirping noises in my yard around 11 pm. When I switched on the lights, I saw a rat on my deck! At first, I thought it might have been a one-off visitor, but three days later, I found suspicious droppings around the yard and noticed a very strong urine odor in one corner. Although I’ve been using a large pest control company for years, I was hesitant to contact them because the last two services they performed—one four months ago and one 10 days ago—had not been very satisfactory. So, I did some research and found John. I called him and explained the situation, emphasizing the urgency. It was a Saturday, the first day of a long weekend, and John offered to come the very next morning (Sunday)! When he arrived, he carefully inspected my yard and patiently taught me how to distinguish possum droppings from rat droppings. Since I have a dog, John was very thoughtful in deciding where to place the bait stations, ensuring my pet’s safety. I asked many questions about rodents and pests in general, and he answered each one thoroughly. When I mentioned seeing a cockroach indoors after last week’s pest control and asked whether it made sense to hire him for a full service, he advised me to contact my current provider instead, as it should be covered under warranty. He did not try to take advantage of my lack of knowledge to generate more business. Even a few hours after leaving, when I realized I had forgotten to ask something, John responded promptly to my follow-up. I highly recommend John for any pest issues. I will definitely be using his services again when my next pest control is due!
