Scorpion Pest Management Pty Ltd

Scorpion Pest Management is a family-owned pest control company established in 2008, serving Hobart and Southern Tasmania with over 15 years of industry experience. It is a member of the Australian Environmental Pest Managers Association and services residential homes, commercial businesses, schools and healthcare facilities.

The company uses integrated pest management (IPM) strategies with targeted, low-toxicity treatments, and its services include spider and insect, ant, bed bug and flea, wasp nest, scorpion, millipede and rodent management treatments.

Treatments for spiders, ants, millipedes and rodents feature most often in the feedback, and the business also appears as a bird control provider. Punctual arrival is a point that comes up often, together with explanations of the methods used and what to expect once the work is finished. Rather than setting traps alone, the team is described as tracing where pests enter and dealing with those points directly. Natalie, Jordan and Justin are each named in accounts, with Jordan praised for walking a client through the procedure and Justin thanked for his support.

Reviewers note that arranging a visit was straightforward and that appointments were adjusted when circumstances outside anyone's control caused a delay. Reports supplied with photographs are mentioned, as is the care taken to keep the process tidy and safe around pets. Customers describe the pricing as fair for the standard of work carried out and note the family-run character of the operation. Ant work is singled out, because clients say they finish the visit knowing more about the pests and the results to expect.
