Spec Ops Building & Consultancy

Steve did my building inspection and instead of just sending me the report, he personally called me to go through a few of his concerns. I was so impressed with receiving a phone call!!! Thank You. I HIGHLY recommend Steve for a Building Inspection.

We had Steve come and perform a practical completion/handover inspection for a new investment property we had built. I found him to be extremely thorough in his inspection identifying every minor detail and found his advice very helpful. I would definitely recommend his services for anyone who is looking for a thorough building inspector.

We highly recommend Steve at Spec Ops for all your building & pest inspections. We have used him a number of times and he has always been very professional, friendly, punctual, has a great eye for detail and we received our written reports promptly. He also has some good advice and problem solving ideas due to his years of experience in the business. Thanks Steve for your great service once again. Merry Xmas Regards Steve & Kay Ross Craignish
