SR Pest Control - Cairns City

SR Pest Control is a locally family owned and operated business servicing all areas of Cairns from Miriwinni to Palm Cove. The owner/operator holds a Certificate III in Pest Management, which covers timber pest inspection, termite barrier installation and general pest control treatments.

The team keeps up with advances in technology and products in the pest control industry through seminars and training programs, and the business supports local organisations within the region it services.

Regular clients in Cairns keep returning to this pest control provider because the treatments work and the problems stay solved. Several buyers describe infestations clearing within a day of the visit and treatments holding for a year or more, with no sign of activity returning. Ben is named often, with reviewers crediting him and his team for punctuality, quick turnaround and a readiness to go further than expected, and some accounts stretch back seven to ten years without a single grievance.

An aspect raised across a number of reviews is the detail in inspection reports and the proactive maintenance approach covering buildings and grounds, which food businesses relying on ongoing protection single out as valuable. Communication before and after each job draws praise, as does practical advice, fair pricing and a friendly, professional manner that makes the company easy to deal with. Customers also note tidiness and a methodical approach to inspections as reasons they stay loyal year after year. The recurring thread is dependable service that both solves the immediate problem and keeps it solved, whether the work is routine household treatment or scheduled management for commercial kitchen premises.
