Viking Pest Control

Awesome experience using Viking Pest Control to carry out a termite barrier around our property. Was able to get it done the day after I received the quote and the service was outstanding, returning the property to how it was pre-work. Definately recommend and will use them again.

Viking has been helping us for over 5 years. Their team is very easy to work with, and their service always gives us the peace of mind that we don’t need to worry about pest control as far as we make an appointment with them every 6 months.

DO NOT USE - we've been using Viking for many years thinking they were a reputable, local, family company. This year termites were identified and reported as "no longer active" and the area of concern "was inaccessible" for further inspection. Both were completely untrue as the roof area is open and easily accessible as was proven when we made the "inspector" return and we both accessed the roof area. And of course we found active termites and more damage that appears to be YEARS old. All of which suggests noto only the recent inspection was not done properly, but casts strong doubt on all prior years inspections and treatments. When raising the complaint to the owner (Stephen) with a request to contact me directly he went immediatly on the attack via email. No call, no attempt to get any details, investigate, or resolve. However he immediately responded in writing "There will be no further services conducted and no refund for past services carried out". This "canned response" would suggest such complaints are frequent and treated the same way. No accountability. No desire to listen to concerns. Even for long term loyaly customers. We feel foolish for having trusted this company for as long as we have and will ensure we do what we can to make others aware to AVOID this firm at all costs. The matter has been referred to QBCC and OFT. ADDITION: as Stephen (owner) has just proven again in his response below, no attempt to contact me as requested, more lies about the services (not) provided, and more fictitious claims about his staff and my behaviour. Lucky we have cameras inside and out of our home of which same evidence has also been provided to QBCC. We've now had another inspection from a reputable termite company who has confirmed the infestation is clearly older than 12 months and could NOT have been missed if they had entered the EASILY ACCESSIBLE roof space. This report also sent to QBCC along with bogus termite inspection reports from Viking from this year and last year. The truth and reality will hit hard I'm sure. This is the second only negative review I've ever posted. I really hope QBCC withdraw their licence to ensure no further people risk loss to their homes due to this fraudulent company.

Mark has been looking after our house for pest control for many years. He is always friendly and prompt and does an amazing job at keeping our house free from roaches.

We have had Mark do our pest inspection and pest spray since 2024. He does an excellent job and is a great ambassador for Viking. He is highly recommended.

Viking Pest Control are amazing so friendly, turns up on time and communicate everything with you which is easy to understand. The process was very easy and affordable.
