Insight Pest Solutions

A customer service rep came and knocked on my door last year and asked me to try their pest control service which I did. He told me the service would cost $399 and told me everything that was included. I agreed and signed to have the service completed. At no point did he tell me that this would be a recurring service and not a one off charge and he did not show me any documents to verify this either. I have now been charged $399 again and the company has come out to my property while I've not been home and done another service without my knowledge. I got no phonecall to book s time or let me know this was happening and my credit card was charged. Stay away from this company as I have never been decieved like this before and very disappointed. To make matters worse, I am still getting ants, spiders and cockroaches after the initial service.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Outstanding Service by Tirtha & Tupu – Insight Pest Solutions I had a great experience with Tirtha and Tupu from Insight Pest Solutions. They were professional, punctual, and very knowledgeable about their work. Both took the time to explain the process clearly, addressed all concerns with confidence, and carried out the service thoroughly and efficiently. What stood out most was their attention to detail and respectful approach while working on site — it gave real confidence that the job was done properly, not just quickly. They worked well as a team and maintained a high standard throughout. Highly recommend Tirtha and Tupu and the team at Insight Pest Solutions for reliable and professional pest control services.

Tirtha did an excellent job! He was thorough, professional, and very attentive to our needs. He noticed that I had my elderly mother with me and kindly explained that the treatment would need a little extra time before we could return inside. I really appreciated his patience and clear communication. It’s rare to find someone so considerate and detail-oriented. Great job, Tirtha — highly recommend him and Insight Pest Solutions! If you get a chance to work with Tirtha, you’re in good hands!

My first time using Insight Pest Solutions, I had Glenn come to my house. My mother was home and she said he was very professional and respectful of the property. He clean all cobwebs from the outside and began spraying his solution around house and he even sprinkled some granulates in mulch and plants to protect our beautiful gardens from insects. Mum said he was there for about 30 minutes and it was quick and efficient process. I would highly recommend them for all your pest management . I will be calling on them in the future.

Glenn came out to our house and did an amazing job with our pest control! He took the time to explain everything in detail and made sure we understood what to expect. You can tell he really knows his stuff and cares about doing a thorough job. Super friendly, professional, and just an all-around great guy. We really appreciated the great service Thanks, Glenn!
