Rentokil Pest Control Sydney

Samar was great. He was held up for several hours at an earlier job, but once he arrived, he carried out a thorough inspection and was highly professional throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain things and was great to deal with.

Samar turned up on time for our annual termite inspection. He was extremely thorough, tapping on the walls, skirtings and around doorways, listening for hollow spots that may indicate termite activity. After this, he went over every wall in the house with a moisture detecting device, trying to detect any mud tubes that termites might create inside walls. Samar was a very pleasant young man, and we were impressed by his thoroughness. Also, we feel assured that our house is termite free for another year!

We had a great experience with Samar. He was friendly, professional, and incredibly thorough throughout the entire pest treatment process. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all our questions with patience, and made sure we understood what to expect. We really appreciated his attention to detail and excellent customer service. Highly recommend Samar and the team!

Excellent service from Samar and his colleague (who conducted a termite inspection on my terrace house). Punctual, friendly, thorough and reassuring. I’ve always been very happy with Rentokil.

I can highly recommend David Finch who attends these premises on a regular basis. He is pleasant, professional and always has a smile. He is a credit to your company. Kathy.

Mohammed Shamsuzzaman Jamal did a thorough follow up job. Thanks Rentokill for commitment to the customer needs. I hope this treatment really turns the things around for us and no more German cockroaches.

Mohammed Shamsuzzaman Jamal provided an excellent service today. He was very thorough with the spray treatment and took the time to carefully explain everything in detail. I really appreciated how professional he was. He also gave very helpful advice on what I can do to prevent pests in the future and keep the house protected. Friendly, patient, and very detailed in his work. Highly recommend!
