Samar turned up on time for our annual termite inspection. He was extremely thorough, tapping on the walls, skirtings and around doorways, listening for hollow spots that may indicate termite activity. After this, he went over every wall in the house with a moisture detecting device, trying to detect any mud tubes that termites might create inside walls. Samar was a very pleasant young man, and we were impressed by his thoroughness. Also, we feel assured that our house is termite free for another year!
