Very happy with the service provided by Jake - he was very attentive and listened closely to what my teenage son had to say about his discoveries he'd made regarding the house mice issue we were facing. Jake then went above and beyond to seal all the remaining entry points himself, knowing it was above and beyond their scope, that being to spray the wall cavities and roof etc. So far so good. Fingers now crossed the little menaces are gone for good!
