Eastern Shore Pest Control

Eastern Shore Pest Control was founded by Darrel Bailey and is a locally owned and operated business based in Hobart. Its fully licensed team has more than 10 years of experience in pest control.

The company offers domestic, commercial, real estate, end-of-lease and body corporate pest control services, covering pests including ants, bed bugs, fleas, spiders, rats, mice, scorpions and cockroaches.

Punctual, personable service stands out as the theme running through feedback on this Hobart pest control operator, with the technician Darrel (also written Darryl) named repeatedly for his friendly manner and willingness to go the extra mile. Several customers describe the booking process as quick and straightforward, including one who arranged attendance at an investment property from interstate at short notice. Reviewers repeatedly mention that jobs are completed efficiently, with one noting that insects were dealt with after a single visit and another remarking that nothing seemed a hassle.

Tidiness and respect for the property are noted, and a number of accounts single out the price as reasonable, with one comparing it favourably to other quotes. Communication before and after the work is a point that comes up often, covering confirmation of appointment times and follow-up on the treatment itself. The work spans general household pest spraying and treatments for common insects, carried out with the courteous, professional approach that runs through the feedback. The technician's readiness to fit in extra tasks during a visit is highlighted by more than one customer reviewing the business.
