Environ Pest Control

Environ Pest Management is a family owned Townsville business that has served Townsville and surrounding suburbs for over 20 years, helping more than 12,000 local customers. In June 2023 it was acquired by JJM Pest Management, joining the two teams under one roof, and its senior team holds current QBCC and Pest Manager licensing.

The company is highly experienced in pre- and post-construction termite management, treats cockroaches, ants, silverfish, spiders, rodents, mosquitoes, ticks and fleas, and offers specialist termite management with all work fully guaranteed.

Environ Pest Control has built a following in Townsville among homeowners who keep coming back, with recurring treatments for spiders, rodents and general household pests that reviewers say resolved the problem and kept it away in the months that followed. Termite services and building and pest inspections also draw praise, including optional pre-purchase checks of the roof and electrical systems that one buyer considered worth the extra cost for the experience involved.

Gill and Bob are singled out for the care taken during inspections and for practical advice on what to watch for around the property, while Nadia is named for friendly and efficient help in the office. A point made in several accounts is how well clients are kept informed, from prompt replies and one-on-one calls through to final reports that are clearly presented and straightforward to follow. Long-standing customers note annual reminder notices and accounts settled without fuss, and several describe the pricing as cost effective. The thoroughness of the work shows in the result, with external walls and ceilings reported to stay clean and free of webs between visits.
