Blatantly lied to by the technician. I clearly asked them a question about the chemical they would be using on my property. After doing a quick Google search the information I was given was a lie. I contacted the technician to question him on why he lied to me and I was just ignored.
We just had Jemila from rentokil come and do our annual service. Such a great person representing Rentokil, so lovely to deal with and explains everything well
