Termites VIC Termite & Pest Control

Termites VIC Termite & Pest Control was founded as Fumapest Termite & Pest Control in 1985 by owner and managing director Peter Copper, a Victorian Government licensed pest control operator who holds the TAFE Urban Pest Control Certificate. The business was later renamed from Fumapest VIC to Termites VIC, and now operates throughout Victoria, including metropolitan Melbourne, Latrobe Valley, Gippsland and East Gippsland.

The company is fully licensed and insured for termite and timber pest work, with professional indemnity, public liability and workers compensation cover, and is an accredited Termidor applicator offering a Termidor $2 million assurance warranty. Its services include termite inspections, termite treatments, termite protection for new homes, and pest inspections for home buyers, with elimination of termites guaranteed and long-term warranties on termite management system installations.

Clear explanations and a methodical approach define the feedback for Termites VIC Termite & Pest Control, whose customers in Carrum Downs describe inspections and treatments carried out by Peter, Claire, Max and Jordan. A recurring point is that the process was walked through from start to finish, with reports and quotes that customers call detailed and well set out. More than one review highlights punctuality, noting that appointments were kept and the team arrived when arranged, and pricing is described as competitive and reasonable.

The actual treatment work, including termite barriers and the spraying of affected areas and trees, is characterised as professional and complete, with everything promised carried out. Customers describe being shown evidence of termite damage and given advice on preventing further problems. Friendliness and courtesy come up often, as does the ease of arranging bookings. Customers also highlight flexibility and accommodation, with the approach tailored to individual properties. Speed of response features in several accounts, including an inspection arranged for the following day, and more than one reviewer notes the barrier treatment finished within a day by a family operation.
